Today was a bit of a change in the routine.
After a great stay at the Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee, we rode to the ferry terminal and boarded a ferry to cross Lake Michigan. Landing in Muskegon Michigan, we celebrated both crossing into our 9th state and eastern time zone. After a short 37 mile ride, we pulled into Holland Michigan for the evening. 92 miles tomorrow to Marshall MI, I’m hoping that some of the smoke from the Canadian wild fires will ease up, rain and temps in the high 80’s are in the forecast.
